Private transfer from Palma Airport (PMI) to Cala Ratjada in ~65 min. Fixed price
The route
Cala Ratjada and Capdepera. Very popular in summer.
Exact price in 2 minutes. Message us with your arrival date and number of passengers.
Cala Ratjada sits on the far north-east tip of Mallorca, in the municipality of Capdepera, ~75 km from Palma Airport (PMI), which means ~65 min by car. The route heads east on the Ma-19 and then the Ma-15 across the interior to Manacor, carries on past Sant Llorenç and Artà, skirts Capdepera and drops down the last stretch to the harbour.
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign as you come out with your bags. Because we track your flight, the pickup follows your real landing time, whether you land early, late or in the middle of the night. From there it is a direct door-to-door ride to your apartment or hotel, with no changes, no stops along the way and plenty of room for luggage.
The lively centre around the old fishing harbour, with restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.
The town beach, lined with apartments and hotels a few minutes' walk from the harbour.
A large sandy bay backed by pine woods, with plenty of accommodation on this side.
A small cove tucked below the lighthouse area, a short walk from the harbour.
The inland town just up the road, crowned by its medieval castle on the hill.
Cala Mesquida's dunes lie a few kilometres north; Font de Sa Cala is close by to the south.
There are four realistic ways to cover the ~75 km from the airport to Cala Ratjada, and each suits a different kind of trip.
The direct option we arrange: a vehicle just for your group at a fixed price per vehicle, with the driver waiting in arrivals. About ~65 min door to door with no stops. Choose Standard, Premium Mercedes V-Class or a minibus for groups.
The taxi rank outside the terminal needs no booking. Taxis run on the meter, so on a long cross-island trip like this you only know the final fare when you arrive, and in summer the queue can be long when several flights land.
TIB buses link Palma with the north-east, usually with a change on the way. It is the cheapest option but slow, with many stops and limited room for large suitcases, pushchairs or sports gear.
Handy if you want to explore Capdepera, Artà and the north-east coves at your own pace, but after the flight you have to collect the car, drive ~75 km, find parking near the harbour and return it later.
Accommodation is spread between the harbour, Son Moll and the Cala Agulla side, and the streets can be confusing at night. Give your full address when booking and we confirm it with you on WhatsApp.
This is one of the longest runs from the airport, so landing after midnight with no ride booked is no fun. With a pre-booked transfer the driver tracks your flight and is there whatever the hour.
Travelling with friends or several families? One minibus beats splitting into two taxis and keeps everyone together. Mention pushchairs, golf bags or bulky luggage when booking so the right vehicle is chosen.
The drive is ~75 km and takes ~65 min in normal traffic, via the Ma-19 and Ma-15 through Manacor and Artà. Peak summer traffic can add a little time, but a private transfer goes straight there with no stops or changes.
We don't list rates on this page: you get a fixed price per vehicle, confirmed when you book on WhatsApp, with no meter running. Because you pay per vehicle rather than per person, it works out cheaper per head for groups, especially in a minibus.
Yes, TIB buses connect Palma with the north-east of Mallorca, but you usually need to change and the journey is much longer, with many stops and limited luggage space. For a direct trip with suitcases or children, a private transfer is far easier.
In the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name, once you come through with your luggage. We track your flight live, so if it's delayed the pickup moves with it. The service runs 24 hours, including night and early-morning flights.
Yes. Capdepera is just inland, Cala Mesquida a few kilometres north and Font de Sa Cala to the south, so the journey is practically the same. Give us the exact address when booking and we'll confirm it with you.
Yes. Child seats are always included at no extra cost, in every vehicle category. Just tell us when booking how many children are travelling and their age or weight, so the car arrives with the right seat or booster for each one.
Choose your vehicle
We work with several licensed partner companies, so we match the vehicle to the size of your group and your luggage.
The simplest, most direct option: from the airport to your accommodation with no stops and flight tracking.

People carrier or van with more seats and a large boot, for when there are more of you or plenty of luggage.
VIPMercedes V-Class with leather seats and premium space, to arrive with another level of comfort.

Mercedes Sprinter for large families, groups and weddings: everyone together, with room to spare for luggage.
Coach for large groups, weddings, events and companies. We adapt to the size of your group and confirm the vehicle when you book.
✓ Child seats included in every category, at no extra cost.
Categories are indicative. Transfers are provided by licensed partner companies; the assigned vehicle may vary within the booked category. Guide price from €100 for taxi or saloon car; the exact fare is confirmed on WhatsApp before you book.
