The transport is in all cases provided by independent partner companies which hold the administrative authorisations required by the legislation in force (VTC licence, authorisation for non-scheduled passenger transport or taxi licence, depending on the service), as well as the compulsory civil liability and passenger insurance.

The owner's role consists of finding, coordinating and confirming the service requested by the user, putting them in contact with the appropriate transport company. The transport relationship is established between the user and that company. The specific scope of each party's obligations is set out in the Terms and conditions.

3. Purpose and acceptance

This legal notice governs access to and use of the website mallorcatransfers.eu. Browsing the site confers the status of user and implies full acceptance of these conditions in the version published at the time of access.

The owner reserves the right to modify at any time the presentation, configuration and contents of the site, as well as these conditions, without prior notice.

4. Conditions of use

The user undertakes to use the website in accordance with the law, good faith and public order. In particular, the user undertakes to refrain from:

• Making false or fraudulent booking requests or impersonating third parties.
• Entering or distributing content that is defamatory, insulting, discriminatory or contrary to the legislation in force.
• Introducing programs, viruses, macros or any other element capable of causing damage to the systems of the owner or of third parties.
• Carrying out actions that may damage, disable or overload the website or prevent its normal use.
• Extracting the contents of the site, including prices, texts and images, in an automated, systematic or mass manner.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of the site — texts, photographs, graphic design, logos, source code, and the selection and presentation of materials — belong to the owner of the site or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation.

Their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation without express written authorisation is prohibited. Access to the site grants the user no right or title whatsoever over such contents.

Any trade marks, trade names or distinctive signs of partner companies that may appear on the site belong to their respective owners.

Regarding the website

The owner does not guarantee the continued availability of the site or the absence of errors in its contents, although reasonable diligence will be applied to avoid and correct them. The owner shall not be liable for damage arising from service interruptions, computer viruses or telephone and telematic faults beyond its control.

Regarding the information published

The rates, estimated journey times and vehicle descriptions published are indicative and may vary depending on availability, the area, the time and traffic conditions. The binding price is exclusively the one confirmed to the user in writing at the time the booking is accepted.

Regarding the transport service

The physical performance of the transfer is the responsibility of the transport company, which assumes the liability arising from the service on the terms set out in the passenger transport legislation and in the Terms and conditions.

7. Third-party links

The site may include links to third-party pages. The owner does not control those sites and assumes no liability whatsoever for their contents, privacy policies or commercial practices. The inclusion of a link does not imply any recommendation of, or connection with, the owner of the linked site.

The processing of personal data provided through the site is governed by the Privacy policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie policy.

9. Dispute resolution and applicable law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Where the user is a consumer, the competent court shall be the one corresponding to their place of residence, in accordance with consumer protection legislation. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Palma de Mallorca.

Official complaint forms are also available to the user, who may contact the Directorate-General for Consumer Affairs of the Government of the Balearic Islands (Dirección General de Consumo del Govern de les Illes Balears) or the relevant municipal consumer information office.

Consumers resident in the European Union who wish to settle a cross-border dispute out of court may request free assistance from the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) through the European Consumer Centre in Spain.
